Shipping policy

All shipments within the Mexican Republic, in purchases greater than $1,000.00 Mexican pesos, are made free of charge, in express format. For shipments to the US, shipments are made in standard format and in purchases from $2,000.00 Mexican pesos, the shipment has a cost of $15.00 USD. For purchases less than that amount, or shipments to other countries, shipping will be quoted for each occasion. The parcel for the shipment will be selected by the seller, unless otherwise agreed.

The shipment will be made according to the working hours of the local customs, due to the procedures required by said authority, to be able to make the shipment.

The working hours of the local customs offices are out of the hands of Nativa de Corazón. Shipping within the Mexican Republic takes between 2 to 3 business days. For shipments to US territory, shipments take between 7 and 10 business days. It is important to highlight that, once the package is delivered to the corresponding parcel, the times and setbacks in the shipment are out of the control of Nativa de Corazón , delays may already be generated due to random customs review, delays in transit due to climatic issues, due to changes in internal logistics, among other reasons not attributable to us.
